You can see in a single screen the productive variables, raw materials, nutrients and relationships between nutrients. In addition, it can be configured by deleting or adding columns, as well as expanding, decreasing or hiding areas.
Raw materials can be incorporated from the general matrix or from other archived formulas. The incorporation or updating of prices from a customer’s price lists is highly automated.
The entire scenario of the raw materials offered is saved, with their prices and analytical compositions.
It can include up to three cores within a formula. The raw material cores can be dynamically composed within the formula. There is also the possibility of optimizing only the cores while keeping the rest of the raw materials fixed.
Once a formula has been calculated, it can be converted into raw material. It is also possible to incorporate the nuclei or mixtures of a formula into the matrix of raw materials.
You can add notes to complement the indications of the formula in the farm and other notes so that the author of the formula can track their customers.
There is a post-optimal analysis to determine marginal costs and interest prices of other raw materials. In the case of an inflexible solution, the program helps determine the cause and facilitates its optimization.
You can obtain parameters calculated from the productive variables, the analytical result and the incorporated quantities of each raw material. In these parameters, you can include graphics and apply an automated system of expert comments based on the contents. All these configurations are done previously in Excel.
The historical evolution of the formulas can be analyzed, since different versions of a formula can be archived as often as the user chooses.
There is an optimization module for a group of formulas, to which it is possible to apply two price lists and be able to compare the results when recalculating or optimizing.
